We are delighted to announce that Arreoblue has been awarded the Mindful Employer Charter, a reflection of our deep commitment to supporting our employees’ mental health and wellbeing.
The Mindful Employer Charter is part of a UK-wide initiative established in 2004 by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. It provides organisations with professional workplace mental health training, information, and support, empowering employers to take the lead in fostering mental wellbeing at work. By signing the ‘Charter for Employers Positive About Mental Health’, Arreoblue has publicly declared our dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where mental health is a priority.
At the heart of this commitment are values designed to ensure every team member feels supported and empowered. These include providing non-judgemental and proactive support to staff with experience of mental ill-health, avoiding assumptions about individuals with mental health conditions and their ability to work, and fostering a positive and enabling environment for all employees and applicants. Arreoblue will also continue to empower our leadership to effectively manage mental health in the workplace and uphold fair recruitment practices in line with the Equality Act (2010).
Stephen Crisp, CEO & Co-Founder at Arreoblue, shared his thoughts on this achievement:
“At Arreoblue, our people are at the heart of everything we do. By signing the Mindful Employer Charter, we are reinforcing our commitment to building a workplace where mental health is supported openly, compassionately, and without judgment. This recognition is a statement of our values, and we’re proud to take this important step in creating a thriving, inclusive culture for our team.”
This recognition is more than a milestone for us; it marks a meaningful step forward in ensuring every employee at Arreoblue feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive personally and professionally.
