Arreoblue, a leading advocate for Responsible AI in the retail sector, is delighted to announce its collaboration with the retail industry charity the Retail Trust.
The Retail Trust works with more than 200 retailers to protect the mental health of their staff and the charity will now partner with Arreoblue to ensure its use of AI to create deeper wellbeing insights and support more retail workers maintain maintains safe and ethical standards.

Our aim is to help document and implement ethical AI practices that will not only benefit the charity’s current work but also inspire other retailers to embrace responsible AI solutions. By demonstrating the tangible benefits of AI in improving employee well-being, Arreoblue and the Retail Trust hope to inspire other retailers to prioritise ethical AI.”
Arreoblue provides pro bono consultancy services to guide purpose-led organisations such as the Retail Trust in its AI journey, focusing on safe data practices and ethical transparency. This collaboration will benchmark retail brands adopting AI while maintaining a commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
The Retail Trust also launched a generative AI powered hapiness dashboard earlier this year to help retailers better identify and respond to staff wellbeing trends. The dashboard has achieved one of the best environmental impact performance ratings, with a Software Carbon Intensity score in the top 20% of all products assessed in the not-for-profit sector, according to GoCodeGreen’s measurement platform.
